I am a Food Photographer who loves capturing the vibrancy of whole foods, a Culinary Creator who is happiest when baking and cooking in the kitchen and a Holistic Nutritionist who believes a positive mindset and nourishing foods are two of the most powerful pathways to healing our bodies and creating a healthier lifestyle.
My health and wellness journey began in 2015. For most of my life, I never felt genuinely happy with myself and I lived in a space of lack, both physically and mentally. When I witnessed first-hand the impact this had on my quality of life, I knew I needed to do something to change the pattern of beliefs I had created for myself. I slowly started to integrate positive, realistic and simple changes into my day-to-day routine. I became more mindful of what I put into my body, dedicated time towards movement, became invested in the world of personal development and really reflected on who and what I was surrounding myself with on a daily basis.
There are many aspects to health and wellness, but food has always been the one that stood out to me the most. The kitchen is my happy place, it has been for as long as I can remember. There is something so therapeutic about building a recipe from start to finish, styling a plate like it is a piece of art and having an outlet to express creativity. Erb & Spice combines all of the things that bring me the most happiness. I am so excited to have you along on this journey and I truly hope I can inspire you and positively impact your life in some way.
